1. This program is valid for a limited time:
   Handy Xmax Rewards will be based on all AOC monitors purchased from 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009.
2. To be eligible:
1. Resellers must complete and submit the attached AOC Registered Reseller Program: Handy Xmax Rewards Form .
   If the form is missing from your email, please request a copy by sending an email to au@aocmonitor-anz.com
2. Purchases must be direct from the Authorised AOC Distributors in Australia as listed below.
   Note: Purchases from Today Tech made from 1 October 2009 to 6 October 2009 are also eligible.
3. A minimum of 10 units must be purchased in any month for that month's purchases to be included in the $3/unit rebate.
3. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer. No other discounts apply.
4. Returned products will be deducted from the Handy Xmas Rewards purchase quantity and are subject to AOC's authorised distributors' standard returns policy.
5. Rebate cheques are expected to be sent to you by 31 January 2009 via a third-party fulfillment agency.
6. AOC may verify claimed purchases with the Authorised AOC Distributors. Should any dispute arise over the claimed purchase quantity, AOC will assess the available records and its determination will be final.
7. All normal trading conditions apply. Errors & omissions are excluded.

New Zealand

1. This program is valid for a limited time:
   Handy Xmax Rewards will be based on all AOC monitors purchased from 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009.
2. To be eligible:
1. Purchases must be direct from the Authorised AOC Distributors in New Zealand as listed below.
   
2. A minimum of 10 units must be purchased in any month to qualify for a $20 petrol voucher for that month.
   
3. A minimum of 50 units must be purchased during the promotion period to qualify for an additional $100 petrol voucher.
3. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer. No other discounts apply.
4. Returned products will be deducted from the Handy Xmas Rewards purchase quantity and are subject to AOC's authorised distributors' standard returns policy.
5. The authorised AOC distributors will provide purchase records to quantify each Reseller's eligible purchases. Should any dispute arise over the recorded purchase quantity, AOC will assess the available records and its determination will be final.
   Note: Authorised AOC distributors will report qualifying purchase volumes independently. If you purchase from more than one AOC distributor, request consolidation of purchases from all distributors by sending an email to nz@aocmonitor-anz.com.
   Any requested proof of purchase from multiple distributors must be submitted to AOC by 15 January 2010.
6. AOC Handy Xmas Rewards petrol vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
7. Petrol vouchers are expected to be sent to you by 31 January 2009.
8. Any Fringe Benefits Tax liability is the responsibility of the prize recipient.
